Customers
If you engage us for the rental of your home, we request that you provide us with the following information:

  • Copy of passport or ID where BSN number is made illegible.

  • Property value, surface area and cadastral data

We process this personal data, and other data that you voluntarily provide to us, to assist you in the rental of your home. The basis for this processing is the performance of the agreement you have entered into with us.


Payment details If you give us an order, we also process data that is necessary for sending an invoice for the services that Found by Bo provides and receiving payments (such as your bank account number). The basis for this processing is the performance of the agreement you have entered into with us.
 

Potential customers
We also process personal data of potential customers. We record the following data from visitors to our website who fill in the contact form offered on it:
– name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; – the search profile with your housing requirements We process the data they leave with us on potential customers who approach us in a different way – such as by e-mail, telephone or by handing over a business card. This concerns the contact details that you provide to us and the reason why you contact us (for example because you have a question).

Other information required when entering into a rental agreement or rental order:
 

  • Copy of passport or ID

  • 3 recent payslips

  • Employment contract - recent employer's statement

  • Parental guarantee, if any

  • Proof of school registration

  • Trade Register extract if self-employed

  • Accountancy statement

  • Most recent income tax return


How long do we store your personal data?


Administration
We keep our administration, including invoices and other administrative documents containing your personal data, for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in order to comply with the fiscal retention obligation.


Copy passport
We keep the copy of your passport or proof of identity for a period of five years in order to comply with the retention obligation.


Other contact details
We keep other contact details for two years after the last contact, unless you submit a request to us to delete them earlier.
